This is some advice before making a reservation with us at Rad Global Adventure. Taking care of your needs while with us is our utmost priority, and we do this while ensuring transparency and respect. The trip you’ve planned with us requires you to obey a set of terms and conditions.
Scheduling your trip
- Filling out and submitting a booking form, along with paying a deposit (which is usually between 20 to 30 percent of the trip’s overall cost is how confirmation of booking is achieved. The payment before the planned trip is set to commence and needs to be paid on the agreed-upon timelines.
- It is quite apparent that you are reserving a ticket for an airplane, which is not the case. Once we receive the money, you are the actual owner of the ticket, set to travel. Only after we receive the ticket, do we confirm the booking held.
Accepted Means of Payment
This includes money sent through:
- Regular bank transfer
- Credit cards or bank cards (additional fees may come up)
- Sites concerned with the safety of online users.
Once a ‘venue‘ is agreed upon, the payment is made in the currency decided, which is often USD. The payer is in charge of the bank fees that are incurred.
Your Cancellations
Any trip you plan to take involves a lot of other factors. Other scenarios would result in a trip being canceled. Cancellations made do not result in the payment of a set of tickets being lost:
- If the cancellation is made on the 7th of December for a booking made earlier than November, the withdrawal is done.
- Unused parts of the service, like meals, accommodation, or transport, are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations
Rad Global Adventure is entitled to cancel a trip if a natural disaster, political unrest, or health and safety concerns arise.
- In such a case, you can get a full refund or transfer your payment to a different trip or date.
- We will not be held responsible for any incidental trip expenses, including but not limited to: an international flight or visa fee.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for every traveler, as it covers:
- Cancellation of the trip
- Emergency medical treatment
- Accidents and Injuries
- Helicopter rescue (for treks and expeditions in particular)
- Lost or stolen items and possessions
You cannot start the trip without providing proof of the insurance policy taken.
Health and Fitness
Most of our adventures will include trekking, climbing, and a number of outdoor exercises, which are confined to a reasonable standard of fitness.
- We strongly recommend visiting a doctor before you decide on joining any trip.
- It is necessary to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatment.
- In case of an emergency, if there is a chance of a serious injury, then we will have to refuse your participation.
Travel Documents
Passports, visas, permits, and other necessary documents are the personal responsibility of each individual.
- They will provide you with the information you need, but ultimately, the responsibility for it lies with you.
- Your passport must maintain validity for at least 6 months past your return date.
Itinerary Changes
We can’t predict certain conditions like weather, road blocks, or politics while doing adventure travel.
- To maximize safety, we may change routes for the best experience.
- Route changes or delays are sometimes unavoidable on these trips and do not warrant a refund.
Meals and Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in accordance with your booked package (hotel, lodge, tea house, or tent).
- Any meals included will be stated in your itinerary.
- Any additional food, drink, or light snacks that are not mentioned in the package will be at your own expense.
Responsibility and Liability
All the arrangements are made carefully, we Sign Adventure Rad Global is obliged to injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of items that are beyond our control.
- Trekking, climbing, rafting, or safari activities come with risks, and by booking an adventure with us, you accept these risks.
- We always advise trying to avoid risky state behavior by paying attention to your guide.
Behavior and Respect
- All clients are expected to be respectful and considerate of the local customs and the communities, guides, and peers.
- Unsuitable, unsafe, or disrespectful actions might result in the removal from the trip with no refund.
Complaints
If you have any issues you would like to address, please do so immediately to our guide or any on-ground team member. We will do our best to fix problems.
- We may capture images or record videos during the journeys for advertising purposes.
- If you do not want your image or likeness to appear in any such recording, you must tell us in advance of the start of the trip.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the law of Nepal, and any legal issues related to the case will be solved in Nepal.
