Highlights Everest Base Camp Luxury Lodge Trek:
We have designed this Everest Base Camp Luxury Lodge Trek with the combination of available luxury accommodation and food during your trekking. The trek transforms your difficult walk into an unforgettable adventure experience with the luxury service in the remote part of the Himalayas.
The trekking route follows the same route of normal Everest Base Camp Trek. However the services for lodging and fooding are far better than the normal one. You will have all the necessary services with neat and clean rooms and dining.
The trek offers an opportunity to explore the beautiful places and obscure locations, revealing the stunning beauty of Khumbu Region. You can enjoy breathtaking views of lush meadows and valleys, as well as picturesque villages and mountain lakes. Watching the sunrise from Kala Patthar is an unforgettable memory of your life over the world’s highest mountains.
The trek takes you to the Mount Everest Base Camp which lies in the north east part of Nepal and about 144 km far from Kathmandu. It is located just below the Khumbu Glacier at 17,598 feet, between tall mountains, steep rocks and icefalls.
Trekking Route:
The Luxury Lodge Everest Base Camp Trek starts from Lukla after flying about 45 minutes from Kathmandu. The trek starts from Lukla to Phakding and climbs uphill from the Dudh Koshi River Valley to Namche. The trekking route passes through pine and Rhododendron forests before reaching the Sagarmatha National Park crossing the suspension bridges. It passes through several Sherpa villages such as Lobuche and Dingboche.
The trail to the base camp is more difficult than the one up to this point. However, it is not as rugged as the one that leads to it. To reach the settlement, Trekkers will need to climb up steep hills and walk along the valley edge. You will find dirt and loose stones along the trail from Gorak Shep up to Everest Base Camp. There are some steep sections. These sections may be less comfortable for hikers and require more energy than those at lower levels. Trekkers will be able to enjoy the stunning view of Khumbu Icefall and glacial moraine once they arrive at the base camp.
After visiting the base camp, the trail leads to Lukla to catch the flight to Kathmandu via Namche Bazaar and other places. This amazing view offers breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, charming villages and high peaks.
The Best Time to Everest Base Camp Luxury Lodge Trek:
The best time to trek the Everest Base Camp is between March to May in the spring season and September to December in the autumn season.
They feel breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, green hills, and vibrant valleys in spring because the days are hot and the sky becomes clear. It is easy to walk the trail in these months because of the mild weather. Most hikers prefer to visit Everest Base Camp in spring or autumn, when it is warm and sunny. But EBC is beautiful at any time so trekkers can go whenever they like in the whole year. Because of the continuous downpours, June to September is considered off-season for trekking. The weather is not great, particularly the dark clouds that hang in the sky.
